- Name confusion alert. This is NOT the famous NW Meridian Bridgetower / Bridgetower West master-planned community. Different end of the city, different price band, different amenities, different HOA. Always verify the location with us before assuming anything from listing copy that just says "Bridgetower."
- Mid-tier south Meridian. Easier-entry pricing than Brundage Estates or Shelburne — a way into south Meridian without crossing into the mid-luxury or semi-custom tiers.
- Eagle Rd / Victory location. Quick I-84 access via Eagle, decent commute to downtown Boise, Mountain View HS feeder typical for this side of the city — verify per parcel.
- Resale-only. No active builder phase. Inventory comes from owners — usually fewer concessions than new construction, but no builder warranty either.
- Lighter HOA than the master-planned Bridgetower hero. The NW Bridgetower carries the full master-planned amenity package and dues to match. This community is much closer to a standard subdivision-level HOA — verify exact figure per address.

Take I-84 W to Eagle Rd (Exit 46). Head south on Eagle ~2 miles to Victory. Community is in the immediate area.
