Eagle Rd / Victory location. Quick I-84 access via Eagle, decent commute to downtown Boise, Mountain View HS feeder typical for this side of the city — verify per parcel.
Resale-only. No active builder phase. Inventory comes from owners — usually fewer concessions than new construction, but no builder warranty either.

Take I-84 W to Eagle Rd (Exit 46). Head south on Eagle ~2 miles to Victory. Community is in the immediate area.
