Cindy is an Idaho native who began her real estate career in 2004 as a REALTOR®. She did not stop there. To add real professional weight to her client work, she went after the knowledge, education, and experience required for a broker license, and earned her Idaho Associate Broker license in 2010. Two decades in, she has worked nearly every seat in a brokerage: inside sales, transaction coordination, compliance oversight, office management, and client representation.
Ask her why she stays in real estate and the answer is not houses. It is people. Cindy has an intense passion for solving problems for people, and she is adamant about where that starts: simply listening. Focused attention, detail, and accuracy are not buzzwords on her resume. Trails, bikes, hackie sack.
Cindy grew up here, and it shows. Off the clock she is outdoors: hiking Idaho trails, and, by her own proud admission, riding her bike uphill when it is 108 degrees outside. "So exhilarating!" is a direct quote. There is also a well-documented playful streak, including a hackie sack habit.
