Rachael is the public face of Good News Realty Group. She leads our relocation work, lists homes for our sellers, and hosts the Boise Bound YouTube channel that helps thousands of out-of-state buyers figure out whether the Treasure Valley is right for them.

Rachael was born and raised in the Treasure Valley. She started in real estate as a transaction coordinator on the GNRG team, learning every step of how a deal actually closes (and where it most commonly breaks) before she ever wrote her own offer. That background is unusual for a listing agent. It is also why our listings tend to close cleanly: she has seen, from the inside, the dozen small things that derail a contract between acceptance and key handoff.
She transitioned to a licensed REALTOR® and now leads GNRG's relocation work alongside a meaningful share of its seller business. If you have ever watched a Boise Bound video on YouTube, you have heard her break down a Meridian neighborhood, a property tax bill, or the truth about Eagle Road traffic. The voice on those videos is the same voice you get in person.
Three jobs. Same standard.
Listing agent. Pre-list prep, pricing, photography direction, marketing, negotiation, and the calls nobody else wants to make when something on the inspection report needs solving fast. Sellers who hire Rachael get the same person from sign-up to close.
Boise Bound host. She is the face and voice of GNRG's Boise Bound YouTube channel, where she breaks down neighborhoods, tax bills, and commutes for people planning a move. The honesty you see on this site is not a content team's invention. It is hers.
Relocation expert. A meaningful share of GNRG's clients move to Idaho from out of state. Rachael builds the playbook for those buyers: which neighborhoods, which price bands, what the property tax bill actually looks like, and which assumptions from California or Texas do not translate.

Rachael and her husband are raising three sons in the Treasure Valley. Outside of work, that usually means kids' games, dirt bikes, and a tent somewhere. Boise has been home since day one. A good share of the work she does at GNRG is about helping other people make it theirs.
